We offer appointments to help walk you through the entire tax return to ensure it is done correctly. The appointment itself is free. If you don't want an appointment, no worries, we can do everything for you with no contact and have it ready for you to just sign!

Starting price for preparation of a return is dependent upon the preparers evaluation, with appointments being free.

Running a business can be a stress in itself. We are here to take one thing off your plate by providing our field of expertise so you don't have another thing to worry about. Corporation taxes can be overwhelming and confusing which is why it is beneficial to have some help especially if you're somewhat still new to how things are working. Another service we provide here at Heart of the Lakes is payroll. We do all the background stuff to make giving your employees their checks easy. We use Quickbooks to create the checks and then send them right to you. We only need the basic information to get started, for example the W4's for each employee, their rates, and then what day of the week you want them to be paid. This can be something to take off your plate and some thing we enjoy to do! With payroll comes payroll tax liability payments, which is something we can do for you too!

Knowing every little detail about how taxes work, business start-up, or where you lie for estimations in the upcoming years can be hard to figure out by yourself. We offer meetings one on one with a preparer for you to ask any questions you might have. We want you to leave the meeting feeling more confident in your future goals with taxes and understand what to do next. The meetings are here for you as a tool overall. During the tax season, our tax preparers aren't as free as the off season, but will still be available to answer any questions you have whether that be in person, through phone, text, email, or zoom. We strive to find ways to help our clients and want you to always feel welcomed into whatever questions you're seeking answers for.
